Full Planning package

$7,500

includes 150 guests or less at one venue location

  • Additional guests - $250 per 50 guests 

  • Additional locations - $500 per venue site (includes additional day-of assistant)

Must be booked a minimum of 6 months out due to vendor availability

The Full Planning Package is ideal for the couple who needs support in developing their vision and wedding design. If you have a busy schedule and don’t know how to move forward in planning your wedding, leave it to me to make that process easier! I help you book all of your vendors and make sure your day is as great as you have imagined it. This package includes:

 

Prior to the Wedding Day

  • In-person or virtual consultations to review vision and strategize vendors that would best fit your design and needs (up to 10 meetings)

  • Help gather quotes and provide support in booking all of your wedding vendors

  • Support in scheduling vendor meetings and making finalized decisions

  • Review of all contracts prior to signing so ensure all details are accounted for

  • Scheduled walk-through(s) of ceremony and reception site to review your event logistics and layout (up to 2 meetings)

  • Custom event timeline

  • Custom venue layout diagrams

  • Support with guest RSVP tracking, menu planning, and table or seat assignments

  • Contact with vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page

  • Dress Rehearsal coordination (excludes Dress Rehearsal Dinner, see Add-On below)

The Wedding Day

  • Up to 13 hours of wedding coordination and support (typical time frame 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. - additional hours available, if needed)

  • Early arrival to oversee all other vendor arrival and setup

  • Setup and tear down of all personal décor (excludes Tables and Chairs, see Add-On below)

  • Distribution of final payments/gratuities (must be marked in sealed envelopes)

  • Execution of timeline and all specialty activities - first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, bouquet & garter toss, etc.

  • Assistance to the bride, groom, wedding party, family, vendors, and guests as needed throughout the wedding day

Partner package

$3,500

includes 100 guests or less at one venue location

  • Additional guests - $250 per 50 guests 

  • Additional locations - $500 per venue site (includes additional day-of assistant)

The Partner Package is ideal for the couple who needs a partner as they plan their wedding. I lend my expertise and knowledge of the planning process so you feel confident in the decisions you make leading up to your wedding - making sure you don’t miss a single detail! This package includes:

 

Prior to the Wedding Day

  • In-person or virtual consultations to review vendors, discuss logistics, and guide you through the planning of your ideal wedding day (up to 5 meetings)

  • Scheduled walk-through of ceremony and reception site to review your event logistics and layout

  • Access to Software Planning system to track budget, vendor contracts, customized event timeline, and venue layouts

  • Contact with vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page

  • Dress Rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hour)

The Wedding Day

  • Up to 12 hours of wedding coordination and support (typical time frame 10:30 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. - additional hours available, if needed)

  • Early arrival to oversee all other vendor arrival and setup
